If you are having trouble viewing some different things on the internet try installing Adobe Flash Player to help you view different videos. Here is the video on how to install it if you do not know how. Hopefully this helps out Aunt Laurel, if not let me know.

Thanks Jon, you are a computer whiz. You need to come to Utah & work up here. I did what you said & all is working now except now everytime I open up something this little box comes up a million times "Do you want to allow software such as ActiveX controls & plugins to run?", how do I get rid of that?? I had our computer guy look at my computer a few weeks ago (he charges us 100.00 per hour) & he was in a hurry but he could not figure it out. You should be charging for your services! Thanks again!

Hi Jon, so we get a bill that has an attachment with it, and when i try to open it then it says error and it is a blank screen, so jamey installed an updated version of adobe 9, but for some reason you still can not open the attachment. you can if you go save it and then do some strange thing, but who wants to do that!
