1. Click HERE for a program that will clean up your computer.
2. Run defragment on your computer. It can be found by going to All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragment. You can also find Disk Cleanup which is also useful.
Both of these should speed up your computer. If it still doesn't do much then click HERE to download another program that is useful for cleaning up the computer.
Both programs that I listed for download are free for use.

So, Carie was telling me you had this blog and I could ask you questions... I need to get a program that protects us from viruses and stuff. I had been using the free trial for McAfee and I have heard terrile things about them. What programs do you suggest? I dont mind paying for one, but dont want to spend a ton on it.
